When I contacted them about the problem, they not only agreed to reprint it for me, but sent it to me by FedEx at their cost so that I would get it in time for the show. I've been delighted with the service. I'm getting canvas prints made and they do an excellent job. They are well framed and most importantly the colour is very close to what I see on my profiled monitor. I did purchase canvas and coating to do the work myself but in the end decided that given the quality and pricing, it just didn't make sense to do it myself. I`ll be continuing to use CanadaOnCanvas for my large prints.

I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I am a little preturbed about this considering IT'S THEIR SCREW UP! I am NOT saticfied AT ALL!

As great as the first one...
Just received my second Canvas print.... 24x16 and it was just as great as the first one. I really liked the quality of the detail on the back side with the tape and the way it was stretched... Looks very good. I will definately be ordering from them on a regular basis.

I have to say I was a little shocked at how well my canvas print turned out. I have been using another company for the last two years and there is a big difference in how great this one looks that I just had done.
On the negative, I wasnt to crazy about the frame as it doesnt match the print very well. But that was my fault as I choose one with just a guess... (would be good if you had a live preview with the frame choice)
also I wish the price was just a tad cheaper like maybe a coupon for repeat purchases etc. I normally order about 20 prints a year and will definately give you guys another try before I move my business over to you on a regular basis.. (I have found with some companys the quality can very on each order)
