I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?

Terry, | absolutely love it... I just received my order and absolutely love my three new canvases. They were able to make the canvases from actual prints as I didn't have them on the computer. The turn-around time couldn't have been any faster - one week! Based on my experience, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
