Hi everyone at Keen! I just wanted to say thank you. Our replace pictures have arrived and although FedEx did their best to damage them again, your careful inner packaging kept them in perfect condition. I happily mounted one this morning and my office looks great! Now when I see this, not only will I be tempted need of my daughter who bought the print for me, but you folks as well. There is a lot of love and care in this picture.

Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order.
First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle.
Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself.
Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose.
Deeply dissatisfied.

Just a quick follow-up note to convey how pleased we were with the canvas image you produced for us. My son loved his big tiger image!
The image quality is stellar and the framing finish and craftsmanship are first-rate!
The canvas was well packaged and was delivered in perfect condition.
