I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. In the meantime, I can proceed with the project involving the original frames.

It didn't affect the print at all but it made me concerned that there wasn't an extra bag or plastic wrap around the foam protector. Overall the canvass looks great. Thank you so much!!
