Not Happy Shipment sent to the wrong address. The right address was specified when ordering (otherwise credit card would not have been approved), but shipment was sent to an old address they had on file.

John Scott, Brandon | Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed.
KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.
