my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.

It was a bit harried at first. I needed to head to the San Francisco DHL warehouse to get a box that was never delivered!!! Still, all is well that ends well.

Mahsa, | Plaque Mount Job Thanks so much for the great job on my icon (plaque). The corners were perfectly mitered, my artwork was sized exactly right, and the wood color was just what I hoped. My only warning to customers is that my artwork spent a month in Canadian customs on its way to you, so people need to plan for that if they are physically sending artwork. But once my piece was received by you, everything was timely, including shipping. Thanks again for the wonderful work!
